Таким образом, история человечества с конца 18 по начало 21 века характеризуется множеством стычек и столкновений по всему миру с участием американской армии. Еще ни один президент не руководил Америкой исключительно в мирное время – самым длительным периодом затишья можно считать период Великой депрессии с 1935 по 1940 годы. Если в первые десятилетия своего существования Штаты вели войны против индейских племен преимущественно на собственной территории, то в последние годы диапазон конфликтов заметно расширился и включил в себя множество стран - Афганистан, Ирак, Сомали, Сирию, Йемен, Украину и др.


Только с момента окончания Второй мировой войны по вине США в более чем двухстах конфликтах погибли около 30 миллионов человек, большинство из которых – гражданское население, включая женщин, стариков и детей. Большая часть этих военных операций была начата под ложным предлогом и проходила под фальшивыми вывесками, и этот факт сегодня вынуждены подтверждать даже официальные американские СМИ. Авторы исследования признают, что иногда войска использовались в качестве ответной меры против нападения врагов, однако представленные данные также можно признать неполными, так как в них не вошла статистика по тайным операциям ЦРУ и некоторым другим действиям околовоенного характера. Соединенные Штаты активно наращивают собственную милитаризацию, обогнав по количеству военных расходов все вместе взятые остальные государства, и данного факта уже достаточно для подтверждения тезиса об американской угрозе как главной мировой опасности.
